Actors not showing

I have noticed that for some reason some TV shows do not show the main actors on the synopsis page.  It shows the director and other people (assumably guests but I cannot tell) but definitely not the main actors.  Why is this?

Yes would need specific example and metadata provider order.

Here is a screenshot of The Practice, Season 1 Episode 3.  You'll note it doesn't show ANY main characters and only 1 actor and writer.

Ahh I see.  I have TheTVDB.com as the only scraper.  I find it pretty inaccurate.  I'll try switching to IMDB instead.  Question though, what if I have them both enabled?  Where does the info come from?

Yea, tvdb.com.  Turning that off now....

Alway comes from first provider.  As each sort of handle this info differently.  But most don't want main show acters per episode.

IMDB has never been a provider option as their data cost too much.
