Back/Forward 10 Sec Buttons for ALL Audio Files

Will you please enable the "backward/forward 10 sec" buttons for ALL audio files? Always enabled, a toggle in settings, or a per library setting would be great. Currently these buttons only appear if you place audio files in an "audio book" library. Using the seek-bar for files longer than ~30 min is painful. The seek-bar has always been unreliable and "laggy".

Will you please consider this? I assume this would be an ultra simple fix. The functionality already exists, why hide it for some files? Thanks..
