Since the upgrade to 4.8.3 I have some problem to connect with Firetv devices and with my two Shield to Emby, It take more than a minute to connect. To investigate my prblem I decide to create a new emby server on a Orange pi plus. When I try to update my emby premiere key on that server I receive a message Clé Emby Premiere introuvable ou incorrecte. I tried to disable my VPN, PiHole, Change my DNS but I always have the same error message. Can somebody help me ? embyserver.txt

ebr 16184 Posted March 7, 2024 Posted March 7, 2024 Hi. The Premiere message is probably because that machine cannot get to our server to validate. On the other issue, try signing out of the app and signing back in. Does that help?

I think that all my problem come from there. I sign out and resing in and now the Fire TV aplications tell me that I don't have Premiere Registration.

Do you know where can I find the last version of release 4.7 for Arm64 Ubuntu ? I will try to instlal it on my Orange pi plus to know if all that problem exist on that release.

Luke 42078 Posted March 8, 2024 Posted March 8, 2024 Hi, that isn't related to the server version, so rolling back won't make a difference. That means your android tv box is unable to reach our Emby Connect Servers. What you can always do is click the Skip button and connect to your server manually by entering the server address. Have you tried that?

If I use the password That work but it take a long time to connect, more than a minute. An The Emby app doesn't recognize my Emby Premiere Subscription so I cannot change the Theme. Maybe I can try an old version of the Emby apps for Fire TV. Actually I have the release 2.0.98a
ebr 16184 Posted March 8, 2024 Posted March 8, 2024 Hi. The symptoms you describe are all indications that the device cannot get to our servers on the internet. Both mb3admin.com and connect.emby.media.

mikeaubin 0 Posted March 13, 2024 Author Posted March 13, 2024 @luke, I determine this by deduction,. 1- I tried to build a new Emby server and I am unable to update the Emby Premiere Key. But on my main Emby server the subscription is active, so I stop working on the new build and focus to connect on my main server. So all others points are done on the main server with the Emby Subscription active. 2- When I start all my Adndroid App, I cannot do transcoding or changing my theme because I have a message that said that I don't have an Emby Premiere subscription 3- The new app is unable to play a video... After some minutes I got a message that said that I don't have an Emby Premiere subscription 4- That happens on my two Nvidia Shields and my three FireTV (Cube, Max and 4k) 5- No problem whith my Roku, probably because it doesn't check Emby Premiere Subscription. 6- I am unable to connect via EmbyConnect, I don't receive a PIN number. 7- Weirdly, I am able to traceroute, nslookup servers mb3admin.com and connect.emby.media 8- But I am unable to ping them, except under Windows

I check PiHole and saw that the communication with mb3admin.com is whitelisted and work. I blank the Emby premiere, save and re-insert it and save without success (I always receive the error message)
