Option 'Display Specials ...' Disappears

Hi, 

In version 4.7, the option "display specials within seasons they aired" was available in the advanced library settings page. Currently, in version 4.8, this option is no longer available. Could you please clarify where I can find this option? The attached image illustrates the option in version 4.7.
