Foreign TV Season Images

Hi All,

 

I've been doing some testing with MB3 this weekend so that I can roll it out on my Media Centres (currently run 2.6).

 

Just one issue I've come across is season images on tv shows. A lot of them are coming up with foreign images (ie Russian) not English.

 

Would there be a setting that I can change / adjust that will resolve this? Or force a refresh?

 

NB. I have the metadata country set as Australia.

my metadata preferred language is English and preferred country is set to Australia

That's a problem with The TVDB - the Russian banner is in the English season one page (and also a German one)..

 

I use MCM for all metadata fetching, but I see the same thing occasionally.

 

If the images have been wrongly posted on TVDB (or any other site), there is no way for a metadata fetcher to tell.

I just manually grab a better image and replace the duff one.

No worries. Thanks for the information.

 

I didn't think to check for that as I have no issues with MB 2.6 having the same issue grabbing the images.
