Now playing keeps switching to different videos for user/device

When I look at the "Now playing" section, I have noticed it showing (for remote user/device)

Video A (currently playing) then after a couple of seconds, it will flip and display Video B (currently paused) (repeat the flip/flop every couple of seconds).

User is only allowed for 1 device and only for the one particular device they are using. 

Would there be a reason why I'm seeing it flip between the two titles?
