Problem with m3u streams

I have an m3u stream on my Emby server activated with Premier.

Half the channels work.  Half do not.

I don't actually know if it's half and half... We'll just say many work, many do not.

One of the culprits of not working is the Disney channel.  I thought at first it was that premium channels don't work, but my nephew was watching Nickelodeon on my server which IS a premium channel.

I am clueless.  Here is what the non-working channels say:
