Re-Scrape Higher Quality Episode Thumbs

I have a library of over 100 Shows all with corresponding episode thumbs.  The thing is that most of these thumbs are really small in size and look terrible when blown up larger in some skins.

 

I noticed that themoviedb.org has started compiling larger episode thumbs for TV shows (great news!) and I wanted to know if there was a way for me to set up MediaBrowser to replace my old small thumbs with these new larger thumbs (when available) from themoviedb.

 

The thumbs are the only thing I would need replaced...the episode info can remain the same.

edit: I went in to the settings and changed the priority for episode thumbs and moved themoviedb.org to the top of the list.  But I still want to know if there is a quick way to re-scrape all of my shows thumbs at once.
