Movies freezing during playback

Getting this weird issue where video playback is freezing and I have to close the playback and resume.

player is a Samsung smart TV

audio is transcoding but the video isn't

while seeing the issue the only thing that shows up in the embyserver log is a single http 500 error and then it continues to play on the backend with 200/204's but the client side is frozen until closing and resuming.

Sorry I don't have the ffmpeg log anymore as it rolled off.

@Bigjohns97can you get the problem to happen again, and then attach the emby server and ffmpeg log files together?
