MBSki 1114 Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 I just installed the portable version of 4.8.3 to upgrade from 4.7.14, but when I try to access the server I just get a message saying, "Emby Server is loading". That seems to indicate that maybe the database is getting updated? I'm really not sure, but I've waited 10 minutes already and it still hasn't loaded.
Happy2Play 9782 Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 Every system varies as information is being deleted from the database like all the virtual episodes if you had missing stuff enabled. So others have reported minutes to hours.

I did have missing episodes enabled and I think the database is about 200 GB, so I'll just let it sit for a bit. Thanks @Happy2Play!
