Correct download link for emby server windows

Hi can you please send me the correct link for emby media server for windows? Everytime I download it from the website when I launch the file it doesn't open emby it opens Media server browser instead.

Need more information as is this a release of beta build?  As you can't reinstall release over beta without starting over.

Server logs if one is created.
