Camera upload folder organization.

So I got this working but something is wrong (I think).  I selected several different folders to upload from my phone and they all seem to be uploading.

 

When I go to the library they upload to and go to folders there is a folder for my pixel.  That is great.

 

Inside this folder is another folder named camera roll.  Problem is it's not just putting my camera roll in there it is putting all the pictures from all the different folders in there.

 

Can you configure Emby to keep the different folders?

 

If not can I manually re organize the pictures into folders and if I do will Emby know to not re-upload a photo or vid I have moved to a new folder in the library?

If you have to use this one folder for all the uploads why even have the camera roll folder can't I just have all the images in the pixel 7 folder or maybe at least rename camera roll to something else?
