Help, Emby Premier membership key cannot be verified.

Installed the 4.8.0.56 server through Synology Docker, purchased a one-year account with the email: 523800858@qq.com. Currently, after entering the key, it keeps spinning without displaying the expiration date. Other clients cannot restore purchases, leading to inability to use it normally.If you are still unable to use it, how can I request a refund?

May I ask why?  As that is an old beta build.

Can you post the server log when you applied the key?
