Channels still showing even after deletion

I am having same issue and do not want to reinstall my emby server because I have a custom epg guide and manually mapped the channels that are working. 

1- tried adding the m3u file that I originally deleted. Then deleted again.

2- Refreshed my xml guides

Still the channels are displaying on MY Tv guide.
