Emby for Android TV...black screen

I describe the problem that happens on my NVidia Shield Pro only with the Emby app for Android TV and not with the native android app:

I launch the app and a black screen appears, not always but many times. I then tried to clear the cache but it didn't recover.

Only by force closing the app can I solve it,

Hi.  That is an indication that the app has crashed while in the background.  What do you have your auto logoff setting set to?

No is not crash and i dont have any evidence on Nvidia that app is crash or blocked. 

This not happened with Emby android.

It is a crash.  You just don't see it happen because the device was asleep or the app just in the background.

I don't think that will help.  I'm surprised this is happening with it at 1 hour.

At this moment with "never" ...it hasn't happened yet

Arghh today bam again...black screen and i must focr close Emby....so the problem remain.
