Bar at the bottom of screen

Hi all,

is it possible to add some options to enable/disable the display of libraries on the bar at the bottom of the screen? I've 8 libraries and it is displaying only 2 of them... not sure if it is really useful to have it in that case  

Only 3 first buttons are really used in my experience (the home one a bit less than the 2 others)

I tried to find the option to hide libs but didn't find it.
