Episode Title is using filename

Some of my series have their filenames as episode titles, even though i have turned of NFO metadata reading, and tried to refresh their metadata multiple times. It isnt every season so i dont quite know what the issue is as it isn't consistant.

Just checked back and the issu has fixed itself, dont know what took it so long as I must have refreshed the metadata manually at least 20 times in the last 3 days and it has only just updated now.

I don't know TVMaze - does it have limits on the number of queries a day or something like that?

It says 20 requests every 10 seconds, but apart from that doesnt look like there is any other restrictions.

Well, given that (as I understand) it can provide all the metadata for a series with a single request, that can hardly be the problem here!
