Accent Colour not changing - v4.8.1.0

Noticed another thread regarding this last year also in February and yes, I have cleared my cache in my browser.
The default accent is Green I believe. I have no customisations (yet) - no matter which I colour I choose... Green.

This is on v4.8.1.0

I'd like it to accent as Purple...

So this must be that Greeny-Purple type colour?

Or lets try Blue...

Is this Greeny-Blue?

I'm colour-blind, but even I'm sure those colours arent changing. :D

Hi, that's strange. What browser and browser version is this?

Apologies, only just realised you'd replied.

This is happening on the latest version of Chrome and Firefox. The same behaviour is also happening using Chrome for Android too.

@DejaVu77do you have Emby Premiere?

That was my initial thought but the page does not show Premiere notices.

I have been having this same issue. I use blue as my accent color but it hasn't changed since the recent Emby update. I just installed  the latest version of Firefox v124.0.2 and it still does not change.

I also noticed that when I try to edit anything by clicking the "..." menu at the lower right, the menu takes up the entire screen.

That's very strange and it is working just fine in my testing of firefox (vanilla install of the browser, no settings changed).

Okay, it seems to work in Chrome, which I don't really use.

I was able to find out that "DarkReader" for Firefox was enabled and was causing the highlight color issue. I usually disable this on Emby.

The menu looks correct when  I open Emby in a new private Firefox tab. I have  been slowly disabling each addon and testing but I haven't found the offending extension. I will do more testing later because I have to go to work.
