Downloaded movie name changed

Hello,

If you download a movie which name contains a special character (or an accent) the file name is changed to "download" and the extension is preserved.

Examples below with a working and non-working scenario.

It's not linked to the 4.8 version as it appeared long before this upgrade, I just did take the time to troubleshoot the issue.

I'm running 4.8.1.

Even in debug mode there is no log mentionning the download action, so nothing to provide here sorry.
