Casting downloads to Fire TV stick from Android tablet

I can use my android tablet to cast to a fire tv stick when watching material from emby server.  However, if I attempt to play media that has been downloaded to the tablet, I can't seem to cast it to the fire tv stick.  Is it possible, or a technical limitation

Hi there, casting downloaded content is currently not supported, but is planned for future updates. Thanks.
