If I were to roll back from 4.8.1.0 to 4.7.14.0 and set up the older server from scratch, would the apps (Roku, Samsung, etc.) still work with the older version of the server or are they dependent on the 4.8.1.0 version? I have been experiencing multiple issues with the new version and I am about to recreate an older server installation until things are ironed out. Will there be an interim update to the stable version coming out soon?

IIRC Emby apps have bumped minimum server version to 4.7.9., so 4.7.14.0. should have no issues. Edited February 20, 2024 by GrimReaper
