How to schedule Recordings at different times / days (Windows)

Hi!

I like to record the morning news. My problem is the local news (as shown in the guide) is:

Weekdays: 4:30-5am and 5-7am

Weekends: 8-9am

What is want to do is create a recording (or recordings) that capture the last time listed (i.e. 5-7 on weekdays, 8-9 on weekends).  Unfortunately they are all named the same in the guide, so when I try to set up a schedule for say the weekend "Kxxx Morning News" and pick "Around 8am", then try to add the weekday to it, that doesn't work, and of course selecting "Any time" also gives me the 4:30-5am recording I am trying to avoid.

Is there any way to manually or otherwise edit the recording task so I can get just what I want?  THANK YOU!  Keith

HI, we should expand those date/time options to allow you to do this. Until then, here are a couple options I can suggest:

• Set it to anytime and manually cancel the unwanted times
• Or create separate keyword recordings for each of the three timeslots
