I needed to uninstall emby server on windows, left app entries

I had to make some hard drive changes and tried to uninstall emby server.  It left the entries in the Windows Apps section, but the uninstall choice was there and couldn't find the uninstall file (expected)  .  They were still there after reboot.  I downloaded the installer again (setup?, that name seems a poor choice)  Setup ran, but error starting it.  And Uninstall file seems to be missing!  Geez, now I am stuck.

How do I fully uninstall this app from my windows pc so I can try a clean install again?    -Bill

When I try to rerun the installer it looks to download something that gives me an error and tells me to contact the application vendor.  Below is what I get when I click on the details button..

Hi, I think you can just ignore that and install again over the top.

Keeps going to the same spot.  And getting the same message.  I even looked at the setup.exe to see if there was a switch I could invoke to either force an install or force an uninstall.  Tried everything I can think of including multiple reboots along the way.  -Bill

What do you mean by same spot?

I couldn't get past that error.   But,  I went thru the PC and removed every registry entry with emby or media browser in it and all the files and folders I could find.  Then rebooted and reinstalled.   Now I am back working.  Its a bit concerning it didn't uninstall correctly the first time from the app gui.  So I am fixed.  -Bill
