4.8.10 issue with playback

There has been a recent issue with playback on my server. Sometimes while media is playing the controls will be extremely lagged and mouse cursor is not visible. The page times out when trying to manually close the tab. 

Occurs in Chrome. I'm not sure about other browsers.

I mean when you mouse over the screen with the media playback the controls appear on screen but if you click on them nothing happens for many seconds. Sometimes this results in a "page unresponsive" error in chrome and gives either "wait" or "close tab/window" as an option.

I've also noticed if you interact with chrome it will bug out sometimes and stop playback (if you open another tab, for example). This is a new issue as of one of the recent versions of Emby. I've never seen this behavior in multiple years on my server.
