Emby 4.1.8 - Issue with forced subtitles from foreign language

I've a library that's configured as TV Shows, and my default Audio language in Emby is Spanish:

My sutitle configuration is:

Please note that this configuration have not been changed since I've upgraded from 4.7.

Now when I play a episode that has default language as Spanish but has other language forced subtitles, forced subtitles from the other language are selected and displayed in the Apple TV Client, this does not happen when playing the same file in the browser, not sure if other clients are affected.

This did not happen in the previous version 4.7
