Parental rating as they are indexed to a specific number in the database. 3 minutes ago, renefw said: Is there a way that as an admin you can set the sorting order from "File name" to "Title" or "Year" as the default, so that this is applied to all folders and subfolders and is also displayed on all devices and user names? There currently are no options for this.
Luke 42077 Posted May 16, 2024 Posted May 16, 2024 @renefware you still having an issue with this? Maybe @sa2000can jump on a teamviewer with you and get to the bottom of it. Thanks !

This has been seen to arise if there are overlapping media paths in a library. @renefwIf you are still having problems, give me examples of movies that do not show currently and send me by private message a zip of the emby server library.db (upload externally and send me a link to download it) The database would be here /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata/data/library.db /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata/data/library.db-shm /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata/data/library.db-wal The shm and wal file may not exist if the server is shutdown tidily Edited May 17, 2024 by sa2000
Merle_emby 0 Posted May 20, 2024 Posted May 20, 2024 I invested a lot of time again. I noticed in the nfo files of the films that were not displayed that "NR" or other information from the database had been transferred and entered as an age rating, but no FSK information. I have adapted these. Now even those that were not displayed before are displayed without any problems. However, I now have another little problem. I set everything up on a QNAP TS-264. I also set up email notifications there under notifications. I copied some of my film and series data (including nfo files and the appropriate posters and background images) to a QNAP TS-133 and everything completely to a QNAP TS-453mini and set it up manually in the same way on both embys also the email notification. I have my own email address, so it's not gmail, for example, which could cause problems The same data (SMTP server and password) are not sent via emby. What can I do here? 1

So the originally reported issues on this forum topic are now resolved and were to do with age ratings and the issue is resolved. Could you start a new forum topic with the new issue with notifications not working - including the screenshots of the settings and the error and also to do a test with debug logging enabled and including downloaded emby server logs for when the notification fails to be sent out. You can add a post in this topic to link to your new topic for this notifications issue. Thanks
