dougw03 16 Posted February 17, 2024 Posted February 17, 2024 I have an LG OLED G3 with NVIDIA Shield TV running latest Emby client. LG OLED's have a feature that pop up a notification in the top right corner "Dolby Vision Dolby Atmos via Soundbar" when you start playing content with aforementioned Dolby technologies. With all other apps I use on my Shield TV (e.g. Netflix, Prime Video, etc.), the notification pops up at the beginning of the movie and that's it. However, on Emby the notification recently started popping up every 1-2 minutes during a movie and is getting to be quite distracting/annoying. Someone posted on reddit that this is a sign of losing sync with the TV. Any ideas what is causing this?
