A way of broadcasting a web trasmision?

Hello! I have a question about emby TV. Is there any way of broadcasting web transmision of a tv Channel using the Emby Live TV tool? I mean, not using IPTV, just a free transmision in the official website. Is that possible? If so, how could I do it? Thanks for your help

Hi, if the free transmission has a video url, then you could create your own m3u file and import that into emby server using the video url.

But it needs to be the actual video url, not the url of the web page.
