vaise 340 Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Hi, as the title suggests, I am not getting the email sent to approve the new remote connect functionality. I have checked the junk email - nothing there. So I logged on to the forum and changed my email address to a different one and tried again, not sure what I am doing wrong. It has the little cloud thing on the profile, I just dont recieve the email ? Any idea ? Thanks.
ebr 16184 Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Were you on a Comcast hosted email? They pretty much block all our automatic stuff. Do you have the ability to white-list mediabrowser.tv in all your spam trappers?
