Windows App not functioning following update to 4.8.1.0

I'm running Emby server on a QNAP NAS, and since updating to server version 4.8.1.0  I can no longer get the app to work in a Windows browser (but the Emby Theater app seems to be working ok).  In Windows the Emby Home screen loads ok, but when I click on any of the libraries under My Media (eg. Music) it just hangs.  I can't access any of my libraries, and when I go to Server Settings, many of the menu items don't work (eg Logs - it hangs again when I try to access).

Everything worked fine before the update, and the Emby Theater app for Windows is still working, as is my Android app.. I have noticed though that new items are not appearing in the libraries on any of my apps.  There may be other things not working but I haven't had chance to check yet

I can no longer access the server from Windows at all now (it hangs on the splash screen), although the Theatre app is still working.  Server log is attached

Did you downgrade server versions as this log is for 4.7.14.0.

As for browser issues have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I don't understand - according to the Appcenter on my NAS, the Emby version currently installed is 4.8.1.0.  I downloaded the package from your website and installed it manually, and I've just re-installed it now to make sure (see screenshot).  I still can't open Emby in Windows - it won't get past the splash screen.  I've used the Theatre app to get to the logs, and an updated log is attched - but I think this still shows v4.7.14.0

SOLVED - I did a re-start of my NAS, and Emby now seems to be working correctly again.  I guess I should have tried the obvious first, but I've never needed to do a re-start of my NAS for previous server updates.
