Remote Playback stutters and eventually stops

When I attempt to play files remotely (Edge Browser) the video will stutter after a couple of minutes but sound continues to play. Eventually the picture just stops but sound continues. I am at my wits end trying to figure this out. I have a few other remote users on Roku, Firestick and an iPad who notice similar action occasionally. On my end everything on LAN is superb.

I will note that same files play remotely on same Edge browser through my Plex server fine.  But I hate it!!!!!

Hi, can you try lowering the quality setting and see how things compare? That will usually help resolve issues such as this.
