LP image updates/edits

sometimes I'll update(edit) images that are small, IE: 200x200 and/or fuzzy, if I can find 1000x1000.

I'll do the update to the whole LP, not just a song in the playlist.

I see the change, but never in the playlist.  Is this just a matter of scanning the library?
Although that is set wherever the default value is.  My media is on networked drives.

Or am I doing the edit wrong or in the wrong place?
server 4.8.0 MacOS Monterey.

scanned and restarted server.  doesn't show update on the playlist, but if I go to the whole LP when I did the edit/update, it's there, 1000x1000

that screen shot of an individual LP.  I edit the image and it shows up there.  But in the playlist, the image is still whatever it was before I edited.

The song most likely has it's own image assigned. Do the audio files have embedded images?
