mchahn 22 Posted February 15, 2024 Posted February 15, 2024 I have a google for tv dongle. Quite often when I'm holding the remote, Stats For Nerds pops up. It is a pain to navigate to turn it off. I can't figure out what I'm hitting. What is the secret keypress? It's weird that there should be a shortcut for such a random feature.
ebr 16169 Posted February 15, 2024 Posted February 15, 2024 Hi. You are long-pressing the center (ok) button during playback. Just long-press it again to turn it off. Is someone sitting or leaning on the remote by chance? 1
mchahn 22 Posted February 15, 2024 Author Posted February 15, 2024 No, just a slow person. Thanks. Weird thing to have a shortcut for...
ebr 16169 Posted February 15, 2024 Posted February 15, 2024 You may not have noticed but we have a lot of nerds who use Emby 1
mchahn 22 Posted February 15, 2024 Author Posted February 15, 2024 Definitely. I am a prime example. That doesn't mean I use stats very often. The one I have to use constantly is the CC menu, being somewhat hard-of-hearing. It would be a nice feature if I could assign the long press to that menu. Consider the ability to assign functions a feature request. Are there any other hidden features?
