Emby guide Live OTA EPG suddenly disappeared.

So I have a USB Hauppauge 955Q tuner connected to an antenna I was setting up to share out local TV via Emby Server. The setup and detection went off without a hitch. I picked the Emby provided EPG. For whatever reason it just refused to auto map the detected channels, so I started to manually map them. About a third of the way through that process under the channels tab in Live TV suddenly every channel disappeared. If you click there there are no channels whatsoever. The channels I managed to map before this are working fine in the guide. Any idea what causes this and how to get them back to finish mapping?
