What the heck happened to conversions

I'm only getting a Original Profile, the hevc and all the rest are gone, i depend on this to work, this one feature keeps me from jellyfin, why did it change, what's going on. I am a paid lifetime member if that helps?

Is that web app? Could it be browser or browser cache? I don't think there is an "Original" profile.

Sorry looks like it is only in beta when comparing the 4.8 to 4.9.

Would think there should be a difference here.

That explains it. I only have a 4.7.14 prod and a 4.8.1 test instance running right now.

I haven't seen a profile "Original" on any version before. Not on 4.7.x or 4.8.x so it sounds like it's new in 4.9.

Original is missing in 4.8 for me.  I see it in 4.7 and 4.9.

not its html local ip on the server in private mode i thought that also still don't work, trying to downgrade it back. I'm so frustrated the feature i use the most gets broke the most. this is also 4.9.2 it updated its and died

i fixed it all good, it was the folder sync plugin i removed it and it works fine now, but there is no original, it must be a compatibility issue between them.
