Playback of this content is currently restricted

Hi There,

I'm very new to Emby so apologies if I sound like a noob. For some unknown reason I seem to be getting the following message "Playback of this content is currently restricted. Please contact your Emby server administrator"

I am able to login to one device with Emby and everything works fine however when I login to say my ipad or my smart tv every time I play a video I get this error message. I was wondering if anyone knew why I'm getting this message and how I might resolve this?

Are you connecting to your own server or someone else's?

Sound the user settings has playback disabled.

Or the user is limited to 1 device, more likely.

I believe my profile is limited to one device as well. I'll check the settings and update.
