Galaxy Tab S8 - ignores orientation lock on new episode

Hi, 

Wanted to raise this, been a bit of an annoyance for me as I tend to watch laid sideways on the tablet with the screen locked to 'landscape'. 

When finishing an episode and progressing to the next, despite having screen orientation locked to landscape, it will always or almost always ignore it when the new episode starts and rotate itself freely. I have to tilt the tablet back to proper landscape, use the Emby 'Screen Lock' feature briefly and then unlock it for the orientation lock to be adhered to (until the next episode). 

 

Emby for Android 3.3.66

This issue is not replicated on my Pixel 7, also Emby for Android 3.3.66.

Both devices on Android 14.

Hmm, auto- same as on the Pixel (I haven't found/changed the setting until you mentioned it). Hopefully this fixes it for me, thanks! 

 

Feels odd that the app on Pixel honours the phone's lock, but on the Tab S8 it doesn't.
