Emby version 4.8.1.0 - not updating movie genre metadata

I use Tiny Media Manager to scrape my movies before adding to Emby library. 

I've created custom genres and when updating movies in TMM that metadata is written into the movie's nfo file, I've noticed that since updating Emby to v4.8 those changes aren't recognised and updated in Emby any longer.

Only way I can get Emby to update changes now is to manually edit the metadata or to remove the movie, scan the library, add movie back and rescan the library.

Has anyone else noticed or reported this bug?

Not sure what I changed in setting configuration for Tiny Media Manager, but when I refresh metadata in Emby for those movies I'm seeing those changes take effect now.
