I created a shared folder (/volume1/Emby Backup-Restore plugin) but it doesn't work. Do i have to include this path on the Emby settings on Container Manager with r/w like my media files?

Hi, most likely, yes. You will generally need to do this for any folder that the server touches, whether it's media files or not.
