Error reporting playback on web panel

I have experiencing this issue since the 4.8.
Fresh installation. 
I have seen that this occur with transcode.

When the user finishes playing, the media continues on the web panel and overlaps if that same user has played something next

Removed video as it contained private IP addresses.

the same for me in 4.8.1.0 debian amd64

I updated emby to 4.8.1 and finished scanning the libraries.

I have restarted and now I'm waiting for the error to reproduce again to show you the log clean.

I have no problems now so I think it's about scanning libraries and transcoding things at the same time with the following consideration:

The cache folder was moved to another drive and emby was downloading the images from the library (but not rebuilding the library).

Does this happen when playing using the emby web app?

No, meaning that it doesn't happen. I tried on my own and the media don't stay in the panel.
