Emby Backup Folder Structure changed

I was looking at the backups that Emby is creating and noticed the naming convention changed since the last update

They use to be labeled Emby Backup - Date - Time - Auto

No they are labeled

Emby Server Databases - Date -Time

My question is not in the the naming but the info inside, if you compare the 2 folders the older backups at least appear to have much much more restore data in them than the new folders, am I missing a setup change or is the backup method different now.

Basically, the new version is a complete backup including the databases whereas the older one was mostly for user data only.
