Duplicate Dynamic score/rating autoupdate?

Would it be possible to have dynamic metadata updates on for ratings like imdb, rotten tomatoes scores etc.. 

As these score are constantly changing and without doing a full refresh which can take time. I just need the ability to update the scores only.
