user84 46 Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 After the recent Emby update, I decided to try the video preview thumbnail option. I immediately noticed my video got glitchy, so I turned it off and set the settings to never generate thumbnails. Unfortunately, for shows that already have thumbnails, it is still glitchy. How can I delete the video preview thumbnails that have already been generated?
Luke 42080 Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 Hi, you can search your media folders as well as the server metadata folder for any .bif files and delete them.
user84 46 Posted February 8, 2024 Author Posted February 8, 2024 Excellent. Thanks. One more question - Having the images was a very nice feature, but the glitching was too much of an issue. Is it caused by a slow server? Have any suggestions for fixing the glitching?
