Happy2Play 9782 Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 This linked data does not update even though episodes have been added. Upcoming screen All Virtual Unaired episodes throw the same error. 1
ebr 16185 Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 We just need to eliminate "Yesterday" from "Upcoming". How does that even make sense...?

Can't argue about it making sense logically but just wanted to chime in that having "yesterday" displayed in the Upcoming section is incredibly useful from a functionality standpoint. I would hate to see this removed. For me (and I suspect a lot of others), it's my go to to see which recently aired episodes I need to source each day. It becomes even more valuable when collecting shows (i.e. USA/AUS) that don't air in your own regions (UK) since one is less likely to be aware what day of the week they broadcast. mallison01 25 Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 I have the same issue with shows listed in the upcoming section being broken. And I also would prefer to keep the yesterday shows listed. It's nice to see if I missed something.
mallison01 25 Posted February 19, 2024 Posted February 19, 2024 Is this an issue that will be fixed in a future patch. Ive noticed that since the update, it takes clients a long time to load the upcoming section. And for episodes that are on the server, if i click on the episode link, i just get the message that the content is no longer available. I also noticed on LG and Samsung that the client will crash and restart if i scroll down several pages.

As there is no missing displayed with a show now.

And it makes sense for future shows as to why the episode link would not work. But If i go into the upcoming list, and see an episode from yesterday or today and click on the link for the episode, i get the content is not available message. i can browse directly to that episode in that show and it is there. I didn't know if that's just how it is or if something is broken. It used to work to take me directly to the episode or even be able to play the episode i think. Ive also noticed it take a while to load this list now after the update and ive seen family members think the app has frozen. It will load the list just takes a while. I'm guessing this is because the list is not generated at that moment instead of being in the database? If so we all really prefer the better old way, i know someone said it was changed due to performance hits. But if i am right then to me this is more of a performance hit and bad experience. Before the update, the list would open almost instantly. 2
