Missing Episodes suggestion

Thx for the latest 4.8.0.80 Emby update, it looks great @Luke!

I have one suggestion.  The missing episodes behavior has changed and now on the series level after clicking on "..." we can View Missing Episodes and see them.

I personally got used to seeing missing items mixed with all the others.

If you make the toggle switch "Upcoming" sticky and allow all episodes to be shown that would kill two birds with one stone.
