BIgdongdong1028 6 Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 Hello Emby Community, I'm reaching out for some assistance with a recent issue I've encountered with my Emby server setup. I've been running Emby on a Windows Server environment, and everything was working smoothly until I decided to update from version 4.7.14 to 4.8.0.80. Post-update, the system became noticeably laggy, to the point where it was almost unusable. After attempting various troubleshooting steps without success, I opted to perform a clean reinstall of the Emby server. The reinstall process went smoothly, and the server is now running without the lag issues. However, a new problem has arisen. I use Infuse as a client to access my media, and since the reinstall, I have been unable to index my library through Infuse. Every attempt to index results in a failure, despite multiple retries and ensuring all settings are correct. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what could be causing this indexing issue with Infuse, especially since everything was functioning correctly prior to the update and subsequent reinstall. Has anyone else experienced similar issues after updating to 4.8.0.80 or has any insight into what might be causing the Infuse indexing failure? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I work to resolve this issue and get back to enjoying my media collection through Emby and Infuse. Thank you in advance for your help and support.
Luke 42080 Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 HI, does Infuse have logs that you can review to learn about what the problem might be? Please also attach the emby server log as well: How to Report a Problem Thanks.
