Subtitle Search Not Working

Subtitle search function has stopped working entirely, getting no results for any media file (TV episode or movie).

I am aware about the issue with OpenSubtitles (I made a new account on the new website, I did not transfer my account as I didn't see that option at the time so I don't know if that is an issue). I am not an OpenSubtitles VIP member but I am an Emby Premiere Member so I did not think I needed a VIP account. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. I also installed other subtitle plugins. Hash match and forced subtitles both unchecked. Nothing works.

Logs attached.

Did you login using your username?  Your email will not work.

Yes, I am using the username.

Hi, try configuring your username and password again. They are sending back a response which seems to indicate  you haven't logged in.

I'm on 4.8.0.80 on Windows with Opensubtitles 1.0.53.0 and it is still not working, i have restarted Emby.

I've tried the same credentials on opensubtitles.org and they are working!

I still get the message: No results found. Have you configured ...

In the logs i see this repeated:

hi, we're using OpenSubtitles.com now. Try redoing your authentication:

I know this is an old thread, but also an old problem.

I have both opensubtitles.com and Addic7ed set up, but every time I try to search for subtitles, no results are found. Having subtitles is really essential for me whenever I watch anything, so this is really a big problem. I've re-authenticated the plugins and can't get it working again. I did have it functioning before I changed computers and had to set up my libraries from scratch, but I don't see any differences from how it was configured before, except for the addition of Addic7ed, but that doesn't seem to have had any effect anywhere.

Any suggestions from @Lukeor anyone willing to take a moment.... much obliged.

@sundevil67It looks like your are using email and not username.

Try with your username, in stead.

MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: {"message":"Error, invalid username/password   - remember to use your username and not your email to authenticate","status":400}
