Emby Dashboard Activity displays user language - not language of admin

Updated to 4.8 and the user activity panel is showing the language of whatever the user has set. This wasn't the case in 4.7, it would always be the language that I had set as an admin. 

 

Below is an example where 2 people have their language set to English, where as another speaks French and chooses that as default.
