Migrated server from Synology to MiniPC, getting errors

I followed the backup and restore, then I updated the paths for each library. 

However when I go to play some videos (not all) I get "no compatible streams"

 

I have attached the latest log with the error (I rotated it right before I hit play)

Any help would be appreciated

WHere is that setting? I see in the log where its wrong... but cant find where to change it

Thanks Found it!! That was it.  It was transcoding the subs and failing
