Media browser supporter key no longer valid

ive been a supporter of media browser since the early days of media browser 2. i bought a supporter key for media browser 3 a long time ago when it first came out. now the server says the key is not valid? whats up with that?

No idea. I show your supporter key active and in use on 5 machines (Hmmm... that's a lot of servers...).

 

Can you PM me the key you are using so I can confirm it is the right one?

I have the same exact problem as well and it is really frustrating.
